Pig Cheeks, Snails & Lovage (St. John Hotel)

If you refer back to my London post, you'll see that I ate at the St. John Hotel in Leicester Square and orderd this very dish.  It is so exciting to see it featured in Travel + Leisure Magazine World's Best Awards issue (August 2011).
